Bio: I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, 16 years as a chef, 13 years as a sushi chef. My career as a chef has allowed me to live in and travel to many different countries. I have picked up many cooking techniques and skills through my extensive travels and experiences with different cultures.
